Environmental Benefits

Bicycles are as good for the environment as they are for ourselves and they have other environmental benefits too!

Greenhouse gas emissions
A cyclist is a non-polluting citizen and it contributes to the maintenance of a green planet. Replace your car drive by a bicycle rider to replace and be sure that you are contributing to a healthier planet. As they don't use fuel there are no gas emissions.

Air pollution
Cars produce lots of carbon monoxide, oxides of nitrogen, and other gases to the atmosphere contributing to diseases and breathing problems. When riding a bike you don't emit pollutants or toxins into the air contributing, this way, to your own health.

Reduce Your Carbon Footprint
Biking is a green way of going from one place to another. No fuels, no oil, no batteries, no air pollution no gas emissions.  are a very green way of getting around. In order to decrease your carbon footprint, use bike instead of car.

Manufacturing
The costs involving the manufacturing of a bike are significantly lower when compared to a car. Everybody knows that manufacturing has an impact on environment but, in the case of a bike, the materials, the energy and the shipping costs are really lower.

Reduce parking-place
The space needed to park a bicycle is much smaller than the space required to a car park, so the costs are lower. In a space for a car you can park twelve bikes, reducing, this way, the impact on environment. On the other side you can build more green spaces.
